Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, modifications or cancellations are unfortunately no longer possible.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available if your order has not been delivered within the guaranteed timeframe of 45 business days (excluding a processing period of 2–5 business days).
  • Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are offered in cases of incorrect order delivery or receipt of damaged products.

Refund Process

  • Requests for refunds, exchanges, or replacements are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days.
  • To expedite the process, please provide your order number, name, and clear images or videos of any damaged items.
  • Refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality, such as changes in purchase decisions, are also accepted.

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging and components, and shipped with prepaid postage.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns due to size issues or changes in preference.

Refund Deductions

  • A fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover payment gateway, warehouse, and platform charges.

Ineligible Cases for Refunds
Refunds or reshipments will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Non-delivery due to customer error, such as incorrect shipping details.
  • Delivery delays caused by extraordinary circumstances (e.g., customs delays or natural disasters).
  • Incorrect size selection despite the availability of size charts.
  • Refund requests for electronic items.

Refusal of Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

We reserve the right to decline refund, return, or exchange requests for the following:

  • Pre-order or custom-made items.
  • Orders in transit.
  • Instances of incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Failure Notices

If a delivery failure notice is received, we will contact you promptly via email. Failure to respond or provide updated information may result in the package being disposed of by the logistics provider, for which we cannot be held responsible.
